They are lovely, this is the third time I bought them, two were gifts.
However I thought that the year was to be engraved on the back side

An email was sent asking me to approve inscription and I asked for it to be removed and it was not. Why send for review and then ignore response?

We are very pleased with the quality, size and sound.

In the end the gift was located and very well enjoyed.
Getting it there was the issue. After not hearing anything I tried to reach out and only found via messenger in FB site. The link in website never said you were available. The person that finally responded was great. Eventually replaced the order and was able to track that one. However the chimes by DHL were delivered to a neighbor address. They never reached out to me by their locator to track where it was delivered. The recipient is who found it at the neighbors porch. That was most frustrating. Please check your contact us as it never seemed to work. I sent so many emails before trying the FB path. Thanks.
