Shipping policy

Free Shipping offers are for standard shipping only, expedited shipping costs extra.
Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Order processing times may be delayed by a few days during holidays, launches, limited-edition releases, or other times when we’re experiencing a high volume of orders, Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
If your order’s shipment is delayed significantly, we will contact you via email to notify you.
Wholesale products need an extra shipping fee.
Additional charges apply for shipments to remote areas of the United States. The specific cost will be calculated automatically after you fill in the address.

For non-personalized wind chime

We only ship to the 48 contiguous states. We currently do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or Guam. We also do not ship to FPO, APO, or PO Boxes.
Orders are often processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, standard shipping will take 3-5 days.
Since non-personalized wind chimes will be shipped directly, we can't add a gift message to them.
We do not ship outside the U.S.

Orders containing Personalized products will ship approximately 3-5 business days after we receive your order.
