While I haven't actually seen the wind chime yet, as it was a gift, my neighbors are over the moon with it. They lost their 10 year old dog and both started crying when they opened the box. They said it is absolutely gorgeous and very well made. Thank you...it was the perfect gift for a very sad situation.

Absolutely loved this, it was the perfect gift for my friend's dog who had passed. They also made sure it was just how I wanted it. Great all around! I believe we just had a time difference where the back and forth took a little longer, but I wasn't on a time crunch so it didn't bother me, but something to keep in mind for others!
