i loved the chimes, they were beautiful! the post noted free shipping but i paid the extra $25 to expedite. The chimes still arrived after the stated dated PLUS I later received a bill from UPS for shipping costs from CHINA!! The site listed Colorado! Attempts to contact the company were unanswered!
Great product! Bought as a retirement gift and loved that I was able to personalize it with more than a few words. In fact, I was able to add almost a paragraph.
It came nicely packaged and wrapped. It even included a really nice gift card, that was unexpected.
It arrived a little later than I had expected, so I wasn’t able to give the gift at the party, but this wasn’t a big issue for me.
Order with at least a full month of time for arrival bc they ship from China.
