It was just a brown plain box that was mangled by UPS. The chime was not wrapped in anything but plastic. I'm glad I had it delivered to me and not my friend that just lost her mom. You have lost your meaning for these beautiful chimes. I know it was just a simple thing to put the poems in there, but it meant the world to me.
