Astarin personalized custom replaceable hem

I ordered a windchime as a gift and realized that I made error during ordering resulting in the incorrect hem. When I contacted the company, they were apologetic and explained that I would have to pay for the replacement hem with the correct engravement. The bigger challenge was the time crunch, which they beat by several days. Very nice to work with. Which more companies had this level of customer service. The quality of the wind chime is top notch.
