Yes, we offer two shipping options for you to choose from:
Overseas company shipping time: This option is complimentary and typically takes around 5-10 business days for delivery, depending on your location.
Made in the USA (Texas): For faster delivery, you can choose our US-made products, which typically take about 3-5 business days. This option ensures faster and more reliable shipping.
Feel free to choose the option that best suits your needs!
- Address changes can be made before shipment. Once the order has been shipped, address changes are not possible.
- It's crucial to provide the correct shipping address. In case of an incorrect address, re-shipping will require payment of re-shipping fees and a waiting period of 20 days.
As part of our commitment to environmental sustainability, we have discontinued paper bills since 2021. Instead, invoices are sent directly to your email upon request, ensuring a seamless and eco-friendly shopping experience.
Rest assured, you won't find any paper bills/bill info in your package. If you need an electronic copy of your invoice or have any other questions, please let us know, and we'll be happy to assist.
Additional charges apply for customization beyond the provided options.
