Personalized Memorial Wind Chimes-36 Inch, 5 Tubes, Black/Gold-Wood Leaf

First time ordering from your company. These were ordered as a sympathy gift instead of sending flowers. Wind chimes were beautiful and were loved and very much appreciated by the recipient. Only negative aspect was the shipping time listed seemed long so I paid and extra $20 for a faster delivery. This seemed a bit high, but I didn’t want the person to think I had completely ignored the death in the family. The normal shipping times would’ve arrived much later. And once ready to ship, the upgraded shipping was requiring me to tell them specifically where to leave at the address (garage, side door, etc). I didn’t know because I had never been to their home. Then the shipping company emailed saying a signature would be required at time of delivery. I had no idea when the person would be home to sign for it, and I did not want to tell them in advance what I had done, so I had to give the shipping company permission to leave it, and I waived all rights to make a claim, should it be not delivered. I did not like this. Also there was no photograph showing the delivery was made. DHL needs to step up their game or your company ought to consider another shipping provider.

3rd set of chimes I have ordered from Astarin. They have all been extremely well done. Recipients have been very happy. Shipped fast and received on time.

These chimes, in memory of my wife, are so beautiful to see and hear!

I sent the chimes as a token of condolence to my friend whose father passed away. She was so appreciative and loved them.

Chimes are great. Customer service was poor. I called 10 minutes after making the order online to change the delivery address and was told that the chimes were already on their way. The website clearly stated that the chimes would not go out for at least 10 days. Obviously your customer service department was too lazy to do something that was very easy to do.
